Hubble Expands Enterprise Security with New SAML SSO Options
At Hubble, we’re committed to helping research and product teams move fast—without compromising on security. That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of SAML Single Sign-On (SSO), now available for all Hubble enterprise customers.
Why SAML SSO Matters
As organizations scale, security and compliance requirements become more complex. Teams need streamlined, centralized authentication that ensures only the right people have access to the right tools. With SAML SSO, Hubble integrates seamlessly into your identity provider (IdP) of choice—including Okta, Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD), and other leading providers—so your IT and security teams can:
- Enforce enterprise-wide security policies (MFA, password rules, access lifecycles)
- Centralize user provisioning and de-provisioning
- Reduce login fatigue by enabling one-click access through your company’s identity provider
- Meet compliance requirements for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and beyond
How It Works
Once configured, SAML SSO enables your team members to log into Hubble using their existing corporate credentials. Administrators can manage permissions and access levels directly through your IdP, ensuring a secure and frictionless experience for researchers, product managers, and designers alike.
Who Can Access
SAML SSO is included in Hubble’s Enterprise Plan. If you’re a current customer on this plan, your customer success manager will reach out to help with setup. If you’d like to learn more about enabling SSO for your organization, contact our team and we’ll walk you through the process.
What’s Next
This release is part of our continued investment in enterprise readiness—alongside SOC 2 compliance, advanced encryption, and audit logging. We’re excited to make Hubble not only the most powerful research platform, but also the most secure and enterprise-friendly.
If your organization is interested in enabling SAML SSO with Hubble, we’d love to help.
